The Big Mattress Outlet gladly offers local delivery and setup of in-store purchases. Our competitive delivery rates are set by each individual location and may vary based on product being delivered and distance from store.

If you chose our Express Delivery option, our delivery team will place your purchase inside the first room of your home. No setup or trash removal is provided with this service, and disposal of old bedding is not available. Note that some mattresses can be damaged if left leaned on their side for an extended period, so please make arrangements to have the mattress placed on a bed or other flat surface within 2 hours.
Full Service Delivery
If you chose our Full Service Delivery option, please note the following:
Items will be set up in the room of your choice.
Setup includes complete assembly of any items purchased from BMO.
Setup does not include moving existing furniture or any items not purchased from BMO.
Help us protect your belongings by clearing a path to your chosen setup location.
We will remove all trash and packaging.
We will make every practical effort to place your purchase in your selected location, but if it cannot be safely moved without damaging the product, your home, your belongings, or our associates, we reserve the right to leave the product in the closest feasible location in your home.
BMO cannot guarantee fitment with your existing furniture or space. However, our experts have many years of experience in recommending compatibility. If you have any concerns regarding bed height or whether your purchase is compatible with your existing setup, please reach out to us before delivery and we will gladly offer assistance that will help you be 100% happy with your setup and delivery.
Our delivery team will happily wear masks and/or booties at your request.
Disposal of your old bedding is offered at an additional charge per unit and must be selected at the time of purchase. BMO reserves the right to reject disposal of excessively soiled or otherwise contaminated bedding.
If you have any special instructions for your delivery team that were not communicated at the time of sale, please reach out to the store location where you purchased by calling or by simply replying to the texts you received after your purchase.
